Somebody Pin(ch) Me!

Sorry for the lack of post yesterday, but I was busy taking deep breaths in a paper sack. You know my addiction love of Pinterest runs deep, and it even spawned a recurring series around here cleverly titled {Pinterest Projects}.

So obviously I'm on board every time the fabulous Katie of Bower Power and Sherry of Young House Love host a Pinterest Challenge! This was Katie's brainchild last year to encourage us to get off our computer-parked-arses and actually make something we'd pinned. In a nutshell, STOP PINNING AND START DOING!

I'm super excited because it's time for the Winter Edition of The Pinterest Challenge! (Nevermind the Spring temperatures and early blooms, it is in fact, according to this banner, still Winter.)

So why was I hypervenalating and a little sick to my stomach? And what does all this have to do with The Pinterest Challenge?

Yep, that's my mug along side Katie, Sherry and the adorble Erin of The Great Indoors. Somehow they decided it was a good idea to include me as a co-host?! What Twilight Zone am I in (and where is Edward to comfort me?!) I am beyond thrilled to partner with these fun gals. And a wee bit petrified since I have no idea what to make! Zero. Nada. Nunca!

So far in my {Pinterest Projects}, I've made Scrabble Tile Coasters, Chalkboard Mugs and Cinnamon Roll Waffles.

Pinterest also inspired my Convex Sunburst Mirror and Scented Pinecone Wreath, so I know it won't let me down now.

Surely your butt is numb and you're ready to hop up and join us!? We'd love for you to play along in The Pinterest Challenge (they don't sponsor this lovefest, they just provide the black hole of time!)

1. Simply find something you've pinned on Pinterest....if you can narrow it down! It can be anything, big or small.

2. Create your version from the Pinsperation and blog about it (be sure to include the pin and original link so the creator gets credit, too).

3. Then come back next Wednesday, March 14, and share it. That way we can all marvel in what you've done, and probably pin it! And thus the evil cycle continues.

Sherry, Katie, Erin and I will be sharing our projects that day too, so make like Snooki and hook up with all four of us! Already have some ideas of what you'll make?
